UnionMobile App is a Union Bank of Nigeria Mobile App which provides a great customer experience as it allows you to make banking transactions with the aid of an internet – enabled smartphone, tablet or computer.

The Mobile App allows you to carry out your financial affairs from the comfort of your home and also saves time.

Union Bank of Nigeria allows you to operate the following services on its Mobile App.

  • Transfer of funds (send and receive money)
  • Make account balance enquiry
  • Open an account
  • Get Insurance
  • Payment of Bills via ebills – pay, Remita and Quickteller. Bills that are payable includes Electricity bills, DSTV etc.

 

How To Download The Mobile App

You can download the app at your device app store.

Android users can download the app from G0ogle Play app store.

IOS users can download the app from Iphone app store.

 

Simply go to your respective device app store and search with the keyword “UnionMobile”

Java phone users can download the app by sending an SMS “D UNION” to 20220 and the link for the download will be sent to the phone.

Click on the link and download to install.

 

How To Activate The Mobile App

  1. After downloading the mobile app, launch it on your phone
  2. Go to the login page and click the “new user” feature
  3. You will be required to input your phone number, account number and your preferred pin and password.

Note: The phone number you input must be the one you used in registering your bank account. Your pin will be required when you want to make transactions.

How To Make Transfers On The Mobile App

  1. Launch your mobile app and login in with your phone number and your password.
  2. On the App’s home page, you should click on the “Send Money” icon
  3. Next, you will be required to select where you want to make the transfer to, options like to a Bank Account, to a Saved Beneficiary and ATM cardlex.
  4. If you choose to make the transfer to a Bank Account, then click on Bank Account and choose if it is a Union Bank Account or other banks.
  5. Next, input the details of the receiver of the transfer
  6. Enter your pin and confirm your transaction.

 

How To Make Airtime Purchase

  1. Launch your mobile app and login in with your phone number and your password.
  2. On the App’s home page, you should click on the “Airtime Top – Up” icon.
  3. Next, you will required to enter the mobile number, select your preferred network, the amount you choose to purchase and the account you want to buy the airtime from.
  4. Enter your pin and confirm your transaction.

 

How To Check Your Account Balance

  1. Launch your mobile app and login in with your phone number and your password.
  2. On the App’s home page, you should click on the “View your accounts” icon.
  3. Your balance will be displayed

 

How To Change Your Pin And Password

  1. Launch your mobile app and login in with your phone number and your password.
  2. On the App’s home page, you should click on the Menu Button
  3. Select the security option
  4. Click on the “Change Password” or Change Pin” option
  5. Next, input your old password or pin
  6. Enter your new password or pin and confirm
