Step 1: Goto to the Spectranet SelfCare portal through – http://www.selfcare.spectranet.com.ng

Step 2: After the selfcare portal loads, it would take you to a login page where you’ll have to input your username and password and click on sign in.

Step 3: After clicking on sign in and your password is correct, you’ll be taken to your Account page. By default you’ll be taken to your Account Summary page and all you need to scroll down to check your “Remaining Data Balance”.

 

NB: In case you navigate out of the account summary page and you can’t seem to go back to the account summary page. All you have to do is check the left sidebar and you’ll find the “Account Summary” page.

Step 1: Goto this link https://smile.com.ng/scp/ to login to the “Smile Customer Service Portal”.

Step 2: input your username and password.

Step 3: Once you log in, your data bundle/balance should display the moment the page loads properly.

 

How To Check Your NTEL Data Balance

Step 1: Goto NTEL Mini Care portal through http://mc.ntel.com.ng.

Step 2: Input your username and password and click on sign in.

Step 3: If you’re using your mobile phone, to view your balances including your data balance, kindly click on the menu button and select ‘Balances’. Or if you’re using a system, you would see the “balances” link, click on it.

 

Here you can view all balances for each bundle or pay-as-you-go plan that you are subscribed to. That includes data balance (MB) for capped plans, on-net seconds, off-net seconds and SMS balances depending on your active plan.
