How To Get Started

  1. Goto to Union Bank’s Website via http://www.unionbankng.com
  2. On the website look for the “Online Banking logon” and click on it. You’d be taken to Union Bank’s Online Banking website.
  3. At the top of the page, click on “click to enrol”. You’d be taken to the registration page.
  4. At the registration page, input your account number and click on continue.
  5. You’ll be asked to choose your preffered username, choose and click on continue.
  6. An OTP code would be sent to the number registered with your Union Bank account. Input the OTP code
  7. Choose your preferred login password and click on “Enrol”.
  8. A UnionOnline profile will be created for you.

  1. You simply visit any Union Bank branch nearest to you and request for your Union Bank Online Banking details. 2. You’d be asked to fill a form, fill the necessary details and submit.
  2. Once your application is successfully processed with two days to one week, a default password (You won’t be sent a username, as you would have filled that in the form) would be sent to your phone number registered with your Union Bank Account.

How To Login

  1. Goto to Union Bank’s Website via http://www.unionbankng.com.
  2. On the website look for the “Online Banking logon” and click on it. You’d be taken to Union Bank’s Online Banking website.
  3. Enter your username and password (The one you created through registering online or sent to you via SMS if you requested at the bank) and click on login.

 

NB: To Successfully perform transactions on Union Bank online banking platform, you have to have a Hardware Token issued by Union Bank. You can request by visiting any Union Bank Branch nearest to you.

 

How To Transfer Funds

  1. Login into your account.
  2. On the right side of the screen on your Account homepage, look for “Quick Transfer” and click in it.
  3. Select the bank you wish to transger, if it is a Union Bank Account or other banks.
  4. Input the details of the person you wish to transfer to and the amount.
  5. Click on submit.
  6. A page would pop up for you to enter your security word, which you’ll Crete when you login for the first time and a token.
  7. Type in the security word
  8. Generate OTP from hardware token and type it in the token field and submit.

 

How To Check Your Account Balance

  1. Login into your Account.
  2. Click on Accounts.
  3. Select my Accounts.
  4. Click on “Balance Enquiry” and your Account Balance would be displayed to you.

 

How To Change Your Password Or Secret Word

  1. Login into your Account.
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Select Change Password or Change Secret word (depending on the one you want to change).
  4. Enter your Old Password or Old Secret Word.
  5. Enter your New Password or New Secret Word.
  6. Confirm your New Password or New Secret Word by reentering it again.
  7. Generate a tojen from your hardware token device and enter it.
