- Input your Zenith bank account number
- Go through the terms and conditions and accept to continue
- You must create a password which will enable you to log in to the app. Please also note that the password must be 6 digits and must be numeric e.g. 485761
- The next step is to create a mobile PIN which will be used to confirm any transaction you want to perform on the app. Note that the PIN must 4 digit and also numeric e.g. 4826
- You will be required to input your PIN and token
- If everything is successful, the login page will load and appear
- To start using the app for any transaction, you have to input the account number you used to register on the app and the password you created during the registration process.
For The Non-internet Banking Users, Please Follow These Steps
- Input your Zenith bank account number
- Go through the terms and conditions and click “I Agree”
- You will be sent a sms on the phone number you always receive your bank alert on.
- Check your sms message you have received, you will see an OTP in digits (e.g. 287336)
- Enter the OTP number on the required field to continue
- You must create a password which will enable you to log in to the app. Please note that password must be 6 digits and must be numeric. E.g. 598672
- The next step is to create a mobile PIN which will be used to confirm any transaction you want to perform on the app. Note that the PIN must be 4 digits and also numeric. E.g. 5724
- You will be required to input the OTP you have received
- If everything is successful, the login page will appear.
