Eazzynet: How To Register And Use The Online Secure Banking Platform

To Register For Eazzy 247

Visit your nearest Equity Bank branch close to you and request for the Eazzy form or you can simple fill the form online at https://online.equitybankgroup.com/ke/AuthenticationController

You will be required to enter your account number, your mobile phone number registered with the bank and your National ID card which is to act as a means of security and your email ID. Your request will then be processed and you will then receive a message confirming your request and you will also receive a five digit One Time Pin with which you will use for activating the Eazzy 247.

To login to the Eazzynet portal after registration

1. Select your country and hit the enter button
2. Enter you User ID
3. Enter your password
4. Click on Login

How To Get A New Password

If you forgot your login password you can easily get a new password by following the simple step

1. Click the forgot password tab on the Eazzynet home page
2. Enter your user ID and chose the OTP (one time pin) delivery mode either by email or sms
3. A one time pin will be sent to you
4. Input the one time pin in the new window and then you can now reset your password
5. Return to the login page and enter your user ID and new password to confirm password reset.

The Eazzy mobile App make it easy for customers to bank directly from their internet enabled mobile device anywhere using the mobile App.

The Eazzy mobile app is easily downloadable from the app store. To download the App visit your App store and download the Eazzy 247 app

How To Register The Mobile App

After downloading the App from the App store simply

• Enter your account number and your mobile number a one time pin will be sent to you.
• Enter the one time transaction pin sent to you
• You will then be expected to select a six digit password (use passwords that you can easily remember)
• After doing this you will be able to access your account homepage from where you can perform different banking transactions

How To Transfer Money

1. Login into your account.
2. on the right side of the screen on your Account homepage, click on “Transfer”
3. Choose the bank you wish to transfer,
4. Enter the details of the account you wish to transfer to and the amount.
5. Click on submit.
6. A page would pop up for you to enter your security pin
7. Type in the security pin
8. Click on submit.
