Through internet banking you can handle your financial affairs and manage your accounts from the comfort of your home, office or simply anywhere you can get access to the internet.

The internet banking feature helps saves time and has proven to be very convenient.

The internet banking features allows you to perform the following features through the use of an internet – enabled smartphone, tablet or computer

  • Access and manage your account from anywhere in the world.
  • Make bank transactions
  • Make communications with your bank
  • Provides you 24/7 access to your bank account information and products
  • Payment of utility bills such as electricity bills and cable tv bills
  • Funds transfer.
  • Allows you to request, confirm and terminate cheques.
  • Change of password and updates of your personal information.


How To Register For FCMB Internet Banking

  • Log on to
  • Click on the “internet banking” feature
  • Click on Register
  • You are required to read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Type in your account details, including your account name, mobile number (you used to register with the bank), email address (you used to register with the bank).
  • Select a username of your choice
  • Select your preferred ATM card choice
  • Enter you card PAN (the 19 digits on your ATM Card),
  • Check if your information is correct and click submit to register.

Your login credentials will be send to you immediately – you will receive your User ID to your phone, your password to your email address.

You are required to log in and chance your password to anyone you choose and then you can proceed with online transactions.

How To Transfer Money Using FCMB Online Banking

If you wish to transfer money between your FCMB accounts using the online banking feature

  • Simply log on to
  • Log in with your User ID and password.
  • Click on the transfer funds menu
  • Click on account to self transfer feature
  • Select the account number you wish to send the money from and the account number that will receive the money
  • Click submit

Note: Daily Transaction limit is N500,000 per transactions while daily transfer limit  is  N1,000,000


How To Change Your Transaction Password

If you feel that your transaction password has been exposed to a 3rd party you can easily change it to anyone of your choice.


  • Simply log on to
  • Log in with your User ID and password.
  • Click on the Options menu on  the homepage
  • Click on transaction password
  • You will be required to answer the security question and fill in your current transaction
  • Fill in and confirm your new transaction password.
  • Click change password
