How To Register And Activate The App For Transactions

1. Go to your phone’s App store and type the keyword “Fidelity Online Banking App”, download and install
2. Launch the App from your phone
3. On the App’s login page, at the bottom select the “Sign Up here” link.
4. On the next page, enter your account number for verification.
5. After entering your account number, a code would be sent to your phone.
6. Enter the code where required.
7. Choose a username and password, confirm and that’s all.

2. On the next page, enter your account number for verification.
3. After entering your account number, a code would be sent to your phone.
4. Enter the code where required.

How To Complete Transactions

Before you will be allowed to complete transactions on Fidelity Bank’s Online banking App, you’d need to download “Fidelity Token” App. It has a one time activation fee which costs N1,500, that you’d use to authenticate and confirm your transactions online or on the App.

However, if you do not wish to use “Fidelity Token” App, simply visit any of Fidelity’s bank branch closest to you get a “Hardware Token”.

 

How To Activate Fidelity Token App

1. Go to your phone’s App store and type the keyword “Fidelity Token”, download and install it.
2. On the login page, enter your username and password that you created using the online banking app or website and login.
3. Once you login, you’d be asked to provide answers to your secret questions.
4. After you must have successfully answered it, an OTP code would be sent to the phone number linked to your Fidelity bank account. Input it.
5. Choose a pin and reenter it again to confirm.
6. Click on confirm. N1,500 would be deducted from your account.

 

How To Transfer Funds

1. Login into Fidelity Internet Banking app by inputting your name and password.
2. On the homepage, click on the Menu button to bring out a list of options.
3. On the list of options, select “Transfer” icon.
4. On the next page you’ll be taken to transfer options which would show you the list of transfer options available. Whether to self, to another Fidelity Bank account or other banks.
5. After selecting the bank you wish to transfer to, enter the account details and the amount you wish to transfer.
6. You’ll be asked to input either a soft token or hardware token to confirm the transaction.
7. If you’re using a soft token which would be generated through the “Fidelity Token App”. Launch it and login with your username and password.
8. Enter the pin you created.
9. An OTP code would be displayed for you, tao to copy it.
10. Go to the online banking app, paste the OTP code in the required field a.d confirm.

 

How To Buy Airtime

1. Login into Fidelity Internet Banking app by inputting your name and password.
2. On the homepage, click on the Menu button to bring out a list of options.
3. On the list of options, select the “Airtime” icon.
4. On the next page you’ll be taken to the Airtime recharge page. Input the details, number and amount you wish to send.
5. Click on confirm recharge.
6. You’ll be asked to input either a soft token or hardware token to confirm the transaction.
7. If you’re using a soft token which would be generated through the “Fidelity Token App”. Launch it and login with your username and password.
8. Enter the pin you created.
9. An OTP code would be displayed for you, tap it to copy it.
10. Go to the online banking app, paste the OTP code in the required field a.d confirm.

 

How To Check Your Account Balance

1. Login into Fidelity Online Banking App.
2. Once you’re on the homepage all your Account balance would be displayed to you.

 

How To Change Your Password

1. Login into Fidelity Internet Banking app by inputting your name and password.
2. On the homepage, click on the Menu button to bring out a list of options.
3. On the list of options, select the “Settings” icon.
4. Select change password.
5. Enter your old password, enter your new password and reenter to confirm.
