Right from your mobile phone, you can recharge your mobile number and that of loved ones, you can transfer money to both Fidelity account numbers and non-fidelity account numbers, you can as well make bill payment such as PHCN, Cable TV bill etc.

How To Transfer Money With The Transfer Code

With the transfer code, you can transfer money from your fidelity bank account to either a fidelity account and other bank account. To transfer money from your Fidelity bank account to another bank account, kindly dial *770*Account number*Amount#. For instance, if you wish to transfer N3000 to an Ecobank account number 0123456789, you simply dial *770*0123456789*3000# from the mobile number registered or linked with your Fidelity Bank account. You will then be provided with bank list from which you will select the beneficiary bank Name (Ecobank bank).

After selecting the beneficiary bank, you will be ask to validate the account and then confirm the transaction with your PIN. If you are doing this for the first time, you will go through account validation and PIN selection by inputting Fidelity bank account number to continue the transfer.

The recipient account number, name and bank will be displayed to you before you enter the last four digits of your debit card. This lets you verify that you’re not sending money to a wrong account.

In the case, you have two accounts with Fidelity bank, be it a current and saving account with which you register the same mobile number for the two accounts, your current account will be debited first before your savings account.

Once the transaction completes, you will immediately receive debit alert indicating that your transfer was very successful.

If you want to transfer to a fidelity bank account, simply dial *770# and select the option of transfer after selecting bank account. Follow through the prompt to make transfer to a fidelity bank user.

 

Transaction Limit On The Platform

The maximum amount you can transfer at a time is N10,000 while the maximum transfer for a day is N20,000.

 

Other Transactions

Other transactions like airtime recharge and bill payment can be accessed via the prompt after dialling *770#. Following it through to choose your desired transaction option until you confirm it with your PIN.
