Please note that to get the highest rental demand, the property should be located near the ACHIEVERS campus or preferably within a walking distance or a place with public transport system, good security should also be critical.

The Fees For Both New And Returning Students

The accommodation fee at the permanent site:

• A 6 bed space which is a New Hostel – N100, 000
• A 6 bed space (Old Hostel) – N80, 000

An accommodation at the temporary site:

• A 4 bed space – N60,000.

Please note that accommodation is secured on 1st come, 1st served basis, and allotted to only fully registered students.
