Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements for Bowen University for all the JAMB/ UTME candidates

• It is necessary for all prospective candidates to have chosen the institution as part of their “Choice of University/ Institution” in the JAMB/ UTME form.
• Every candidate seeking admission to Bowen University must possess a minimum of five (5) credits passes in all relevant subjects including the Mathematics and English Language; relevant subjects must be related to their chosen course of study

• All O’level result to be used for the combined result should not be more than two sittings.

 

 

How To Pay Bowen University School Fees Online

Below are the institution provided procedures for the Online School fees payment

1. Logging on to the https://eportal.bowenuniversity.edu.ng
2. Tap on the “Student’s Portal” button
3. Click on the “Log-in” button on the page

 

For The New Students

4. The newly admitted students are to provide the “Email Address” used during the admission process into the given column
5. “Password” used on the admission platform should be entered into the provided space
6. Tap on the “Log-in” button

Every password provided for the logging-in process is a Temporary password, and is to be changed once logged in to the Portal

For The Returning Students

7. Every returning student should enter his/ her “Matriculation Number” as the “Username”
8. Provide the “Password” to the username into the given column
9. Click on the “ Log-in” button
10. All Students (New and Returning Students) should click on the button with “Back” to be redirected to the “Profile Page”

 

Every Candidates Are To

11. Tap on the button with “Payment”
12. Click on the “Proceed to payment” button
13. Tap on “Make Payment”
14. Enter the amount to be paid into the column
15. Choose on the “Payment Method” preferred
16. Tap on “Submit” to proceed to the next page where the Transaction ID number will be generated
17. Print out the Transaction ID generated
18. Proceed to the “Mode of Payment” and select on the preferred mode

PayChoice

Step 1: Copy the generated transaction ID

Step 2: Tap on the provided link

Step 3: Click on the “Proceed” button

Step 4: Proceed to the institution provided banks to make the payment

Note; The Payment must be done through the “Paychoice” under “payDirect”. The Transaction ID is to be taken along to the bank

Step 5: OR Go to “Payment Gateway” (quickteller.com/ bowenuniversity) to proceed the payment

 

EbillsPay

Step 1: Copy the generated transaction ID

Step 2: Visit any of the institution provided banks to make the payment

Note; Payment must be done through “Ebills”. The Transaction ID is to be taken along to the bank

After the payment has been successful;

19. Log on back to the university website to complete every other process
20. Click on “View Payment”
21. Choose on the “Payment Type” made
22. Make a print out for the Receipt
23. The copy of the receipt should be taken along to the bursary for clearance (bursary clearance)

All students are to confirm their profile on the “University Student’s Portal” and complete by the profile where necessary by clicking on Edit button.
