There are two ways to activate the GTBANK Mobile. If you are a GTBANK customer or an intending customer, either of the two ways will work for you. If you are an intending customer, you can open an account and manage the account via the GTbank Mobile on *737#. After dialling the code, follow through to select open account and then fill the information required to open the account from the prompts. Please remember to visit any GTBANK branch to update the account in person with your passport photograph and utility bill.
For existing account holders, you will need your ATM card to activate the GTBank Mobile service. Dial *737# on the registered mobile number with account and select create PIN from the prompt. Next select Debit card option and it will ask you to input the last six (6) digits of your ATM card. Next you will be asked to input your four (4) digit PIN and confirm it. Once it says successful, you are welcome on board.
How To Pay Bill With GTBank Mobile
To make Bill payment with the GTBank mobile, ensure there is sufficient money in your GTBank account. Next is to dial the USSD code *737# and from the prompt, select Pay Bill option. From the next prompt, select the category of Bill you want to pay, select the particular Bill and make payment with your PIN after you input the amount to be paid.
How To Get Started On GTBank Internet Banking
There are to ways to go about getting started on the GTBank Internet Banking. You may either walk into any of the GTBranch, make your way to the customer service desk and request for internet banking form. Fill the form and submit. You may as well go online and download the internet banking form, fill it and scan it back to email@example.com submit at any nearest GTBank branch close to you. Your account will be profiled online and you will get your login details via email. Please note that you will be required to change the password in two (2) hours maximum.
How To Transfer Money Via GTBank Internet Banking
To transfer money through the GTBank Internet Banking, kindly follow the steps below;
- log on to GTBank website, www.gtbank.com
- Navigate and click on login under online personal banking
- login with your details.
- Navigate to the transfer tab and click on it
- Choose whether to transfer to own accounts or to others
- Choose the bank, input the amount and account holder name
- Confirm transaction
- Finalize the transaction.
