Although Access Bank has a Mobile Banking App that enables customers perform banking transactions from their phones without having to visit the banking halls, the PayWithCapture App offers a much more interesting mobile purchase experience for their customers and other bank customers ATM cards.

 

Access Bank PayWithCapture is a mobile innovation and solution that gives customers of both Access bank and other banks ATM cards in Nigeria the power to make purchases by just scanning a pre generated QR Code. This amazing App can also be used to make payment even when you don’t have internet. You are thinking how that is possible right? Well this article will give you detailed step by step methods on how to use the App:

 

How To Get Started Via Web

1. Simply go to https://unicorn.paywcapp.com
2. Click on register.
3. Enter the details required.
4. Create a password and 4-digits pin security code.
5. A successful message would be sent to your phone.

 

How To Login

1. On the Webpage click on the Menu Button and select or simply scroll to the button of the website and click on login.
2. Enter your username which is your phone number or password.
3. If you haven’t linked your BVN you’ll be prompted to do so, so that you’ll be able to send money to other people.
4. Enter your other details.

 

How To Link Your ATM card(s):

1. Login into your account.
2. Click on the Menu button.
3. Scroll down and select “payment”.
4. Click on Link Card on the “Your Cards” field.
5. Enter the details of your card.
6. Repeat Step 4-5 if you want to add another card at a go or 1-5 at different intervals.

 

How To Link Your Access Bank account

1. Login into your account.
2. Click on the menu button.

3. Select “payments”
4. On the payments page, click on Link Access Account.
5. Select if you want ‘use a hardware token from Access Bank’ or ‘send an OTP to my phone number linked to my bank account’ to link the App with your account.

 

How To Use A Token

1. Input the OTP from your token.
2. The System would authenticate the OTP and link your account.

 

For ‘send an OTP to my phone number linked to my bank account’:

1. An OTP code would be sent via SMS to your phone.
2. The System would authenticate the OTP and link your account.

NB: You’d be debited N1 from your account and an OTP stated in the SMS.

Once you have linked a card with your account, you can start making payments immediately. However, you can’t use the “PayWithCapture” feature on the web platform only on the App.

How To Get Started Or Register with The App

1. Goto your smartphone’s App store and search for the keyword “Access PayWithCapture”, click on it and install it on your phone.
2. Launch the App.
3. Click on Sign up to register.
4. Enter all the details asked for in the provided fields (including your BVN) to complete your registration.
5. Create a password that you’ll be using for subsequent logins on the App.
6. Create a transaction pin code that you’ll be using to authorize and confirm transactions.
7. Link a payment method and click on register.

 

Once you’ve successfully registered you’ll have login again to start it:

1. Simply enter your email address or your phone number as your username and enter the password you created when signing up.
2. Click on Login.

 

How To Link Your ATM Cards

1. Login to the PayWithCapture app with your username (Phone number or Email Address) and password.
2. Go to payment methods on the App and click on link cards.
3. Link the new ATM card you want to add to the app by inputting your details.

NB: You can add as much ATM Cards as you wish to.

 

How To link your Access Bank account:

1. Input your account number in the app.
2. Select if you want ‘use a hardware token from Access Bank’ or ‘send an OTP to my phone number linked to my bank account’ to link the App with your account.

 

For ‘use a token’:

1. Input the OTP from your token.
2. The System would authenticate the OTP and link your account.

 

For ‘send an OTP to my phone number linked to my bank account’:

1. An OTP code would be sent via SMS to your phone.
2. The System would authenticate the OTP and link your account.

NB: You’d be debited N1 from your account and an OTP stated in the SMS.

 

How To Make Payment Using PayWithCapture:

1. To make a payment (in-store/remote):
2. Launch the PayWithCaptureapp.
3. Click on the ‘scan to pay’ button.
4. Scan the QR code of what you wish to purchase.
5. Confirm the transaction amount and authorize the transaction with your PayWithCapture PIN or fingerprint.

 

How To Change Your Pin or Password:

1. Login into the App.
2. Click on the Menu button and click on settings.
3. Click on “Change Password or Pin” (whichever you’re interested in changing).
4. Input your old password or pin.
5. Enter the new password or pin and confirm.
