The Internet Banking platform allows you to perform major banking transactions without having to visit any Access Bank Branch.

  • Transfer Funds
  • Pay for Bills
  • Buy Airtime
  • Check Your Account Balance
  • Locate ATM or Access Bank Branches.
  • And lots more.

 

How To Get Started

  1. Visit Access Bank internet banking platform by going to or inputting—> https://ibank.accessbankplc.com/RetailBank/
  2. On the Internet Banking Homepage click on “Register” link, you’ll be taken to the Registration page.
  3. On the Registration page, you’ll be provided with a field to input your Access Bank. Input it.
  4. An Authentication code would be sent to your Email Address and your phone number linked with your Access Bank account. Input the authentication code.
  5. On the next page you’ll be asked to choose your User ID, password and Secure image which you’ll be using for subsequent logins.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions and submit to finalize your registration.

NB: For your Access Bank internet banking password, you’ll ne asked to combine words, numbers and special characters.

 

 

How To Login

  1. Visit Access Bank Internet Banking platform.
  2. Goto to the Login tab, enter your User ID.
  3. A field to enter your password would appear, so also your secure image. Enter your password and tick the secure image.
  4. Click on Login.

 

 

How To Check Your Account Balance

  1. Login into your account.
  2. You’ll be taken to your Online Banking homepage, which would display Account and transactions.
  3. Scroll down and check the “Accounts Summary” field, your current account balance would be displayed to you.

NB: To be able to transfer funds, pay for bills, buy recharge cards and the likes on the online banking platform, you need to have a Hardware Token. You can request for one by visit any Access Bank Branch nearest to you.

How To Transfer Funds

  1. Login into your account.
  2. You’ll be taken to your Online Banking homepage. On the right tab, you’ll see transfer from a list a of transaction options, click on it.
  3. The “Transfer” option would also display different list of Funds transfer option.
  4. Select if you want to transfer to an Access Bank Account or other banks.
  5. On the next page, if you selected an Access Bank Account and you wish to transfer to the number just once (I.e you do not wish to add as a beneficiary or send to a beneficiary), tick the “One time payment” at the top:
  6. Input the Account number, details and the amount you wish to transfer.
  7. Click on the submit button.

iii. Enter your password and the digits generated on your Hardware token to confirm the transaction.

NB: If You’ll be adding as a beneficiary or sending to a beneficiary, do not tick the “One Time Payment” box.

 

For other Bank Transaction

If you selected “Transfer to other Banks” and you wish to transfer to the number just once (I.e you do not wish to add as a beneficiary or send to a beneficiary), tick the “One time payment” at the top:

  1. Select the bank you wish to transfer funds to (Beneficiary Bank).
  2. Input the Account number, details and the amount you wish to transfer.
  3. Click on the submit button.

iii. Enter your password and the digits generated on your Hardware token to confirm the transaction.

NB: If You’ll be adding as a beneficiary or sending to a beneficiary, do not tick the “One Time Payment” box.

 

 

How To Change Your Password

  1. Login into your account.
  2. You’ll be taken to your Online Banking homepage. On the right tab, you’ll see “User Preference” from a list a of transaction options, click on it.
  3. Clicking on “User Preference” will give you two options.
  4. From the two options, click on “Change Password”.
  5. It’d take you to a new page where you’ll be asked to input your old password and enter your new password.
  6. By doing this and clicking submit or confirm you’ve successfully changed your password.
