How To Access Your Zenith Account Mobile Banking (AlertZ)

The AlertZ platform is accessible through the phone number you used to open your Zenith Bank Account by dialing *966*00#. Which means for you to have access to this platform, you must have a Zenith Bank account.

Step By Step On How To Register for AlertZ

Step 1 – Simply dial *966*00# with your AlertZ number (The phone number you used to open your Zenith Bank Account).

Step 2: You will then be prompted to enter the last four(4) digits of your Debit (ATM) card number.

Step 3: The next page will display your Account Name and you will be prompted to create a 4 digit PIN.

Step 4: Confirm the 4 digit PIN.

If your registration is successful, you will get a message “Retrieving your balance”. After which you will receive an SMS with the balances on all your accounts. It is that easy and quick to use the Zenith Mobile Money Service, you can now recharge your phone.

Your four(4) digit pin is what you’ll use to complete, confirm or authenticate any transaction done with your AlertZ number on the mobile banking platform.

How To Buy Airtime on Your Phone With the Mobile Banking Service:

Simply dial *966*Amount*Mobile Number# on your AlertZ phone number (e.g. *966*1000*0803456789#) to buy airtime.

You can buy airtime for yourself or for someone else through this medium.

Some Other Things You Need To Know

If you’re buying airtime for a number that isn’t your AlertZ number, you’ll be prompted to enter your four(4) digit pin.

The maximum amount of airtime you can buy daily is N3,000, whether it is for your number or someone else’s.

This Mobile Money Platform only works on Glo, Etisalat, MTN and Airtel GSM networks.
