3. To reset your pin. To change your pin,just dial *329*0#, then input the old pin followed by the new pin then send
4. To transfer funds.- To send money, just dial *329*amount*account no# – Enter your 4- digit transfer pin. – You will either get a success message or failed transaction message.
5. To open FCMB wallet account. -To operate a FCMB mobile wallet account, dial *329# then enter the phone number you want to use to open the wallet account,your name,date of birth and gender then send. – Follow the onscreen prompts and complete your registration.
