How To Login And Use The app Successfully

1 .Visit the nearest First bank branch to get and fill the online Banking form.

  1. Complete the form and provide a valid means of identification
  2. Fill and complete the form and submit
  3. Your login details will be sent to your email instantly, log into the website at or through the login details in your mail to access the online banking platform.
  4. Enter your user ID and default password to login. Change your password to a more personalized one known only to you (Password must be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters and between 8-15 characters)
  5. Select a security question and answer it then save the question and answer
  6. Create your unique True stamp by choosing a word or phrase you can easily memorize and then select a corresponding image
  7. Confirm your contact email address then update your personal information.



How To Update Personal Information

  1. Log into the new online banking platform and click on the Self service tab
  2. Click on “Main Customer Information” under the personal information tab
  3. Enter the new email address and phone number then click update. Your details will be updated automatically.



How To Synchronize Token And Receive Alerts

  1. Log into the new online banking platform and click on the Self service tab
  2. Click on “Synchronize Token” under Token Management link
  3. Enter two consecutive numbers generated by your token and click “Synchronize”
  4. To receive alerts, log into the new banking platform then click on “Alerts”
  5. Click on “schedule alerts” and select your preferred means of notification (SMS/email), enter the required information then click on ”Schedule Alert”.
