Eligibility Requirements For OAU

Everyone looking to gain admission for higher studies in OAU must possess the following qualifications:

  1. They must have at least five credit passes in their O’level results at first sitting and six credit passes at two sittings
  2. All eligible candidates must have scored 200 marks and above in the UTME examination
  3. Candidates must then score a high Mark in the Post Utme screening exercise.

 

 

OAU Admission Cut Off Mark

The general cut off marks for gaining admission into the Obafemi Awolowo University is 200 marks. However, it is advisable to score above this mark in order to increase your chances of getting the admission. Also, several departments have stipulated their own cut off marks and OAU does not accept the Jamb stipulated cut off marks of 180 marks. Only candidates who meet the OAU stipulated cut off marks as well as those for their chosen departments will be eligible to take the Post Utme examination
