Below are the details you need to use the code for each of the transactions listed above. Kindly read through.
To purchase airtime with the access bank code kindly dial *901*Amount#. That is, if you intend to recharge N200 from your account, simply dial *901*200# on your registered mobile number with the bank. It will be recharged immediately while you also receive bank debit alert.
To recharge a different mobile number, please dial *901*Amount*Phone Number#. That is, if you want to recharge N200 on 09034567890, simply dial *901*200*09034567890# and it will be recharged.
If you are not an access bank account holder but wish to open an account with access bank. You can open one without visiting the bank right on your mobile phone, simply dial *901*0# and follow the prompt to answer the questions that follows to open an account. You will get an SMS containing your bank account if successful.
If you wish to purchase data on your line so as to be able to access internet, you can do this without running around for your network subscription code or waiting so long before they pick your call, simply dial *901*8# and you will be able to select the data plan of your choice and pay for it directly from your bank account.
If you wish to know how much you have left in your account without having to visit your bank branch or the ATM stand, kindly dial *901*5# and you will get your account balance details.
Fund Transfer To Access Bank
If you wish to transfer money another person using access bank as you, simply dial *901*1*Amount*Account Number#. That is, if you want to transfer N5000 to account number 0123456789, please dial *901*1*5000*0123456789# and then confirm the transaction with your PIN and it will be sent instantly. Both of you will receive alert for the transaction accordingly.
Fund Transfer To Other Banks
If you wish to transfer money another person using a different bank, simply dial *901*2*Amount*Account Number#. That is, if you want to transfer N5000 to a First bank account number 0123456789, please dial *901*2*5000*0123456789#, it will bring a list of bank from which you then select First Bank and then confirm the transaction with your PIN and it will be sent instantly. Both of you will receive alert for the transaction accordingly.
If you want to a merchant for goods bought or service rendered, simply request for the merchant code and dial *901*3*Amount*Merchant Code#. That is, if you like to pay a merchant with code GH012345 a sum of N5000, simply dial *903*1*3*5000*GH012345#, confirm the transaction with your PIN and it will be forwarded instantly.
If you want to make payment for your utility such as PHCN, Cable TV etc. Simply dial *901*3# and follow through the prompt to select the type of bill and make your payment.
